On 25th and 26th September, The charity SmartSTEMs, visited the Academy to run workshops for our S1 pupils and for Primary 7 pupils from our Cluster Primary Schools.

Whitburn Academy's extra curricular activities for session 2024-25 have restarted.

Whitburn Academy's Book Group had a fantastic time yesterday at the Edinburgh International Book Festival.

Since 2022, there has been an increase in reporting of 'Financially Motivated Sexual Extortion'- often referred to as 'sextortion'.

On Friday 19th April, it was our S6 pupils' last ever school day and their Graduation Ceremony!

On Thursday 7th March, Whitburn Academy celebrated World Book Day in style with staff and S6 pupils dressing up in book themed costumes for the day!

On 5th March, our S6 pupils took part in the first ever Inter-House S6 World Book Day Quiz!

On 28th February, Whitburn Academy held its annual Youth Philanthropy Initiative Final.

On 7th February, our Small Group Setting pupils held an Oscars Ceremony to show off some absolutely fantastic stop frame animations that they've made!
