Scholastic Book Fair
Whitburn Academy hosted a Scholastic Book Fair this week as part of the school's celebrations for World Book Day.

Pupils were able to use their World Book Voucher to get £1 off the price of a book and many pupils bought lots of lovely new books with sales totalling over £500! This amount allowed our librarian to select several books from the fair free of charge. These will be added to stock for everyone to read and enjoy.
