MacMillan Coffee Morning
On Friday 27th September, the Charity Committee held a coffee morning to raise funds for MacMillan Cancer Research.

Cross Country

Career Ready
On 2nd October, the new Career Ready cohort from Whitburn Academy celebrated the launch of the programme with their mentors from JBT Corporation, Glenmorangie Whisky, Kidzeco, West Lothian Council and CGI CGlobal.
My World of Work assemblies
During Week beginning 30th September, Whitburn Academy's My World of Work Ambassadors delivered assemblies to the whole school.
Engineering Tomorrow Event
On 25th September, 20 S2 pupils visited Edinburgh Airport to take part in the Engineering Tomorrow initiative.

Mrs Skinner, the school librarian, is organising a Book Spine poetry competition to celebrate National Poetry Day on Thursday 3rd October.

The Jupiter Artland Foundation is a contemporary sculpture park set in 120 acres of woodland in West Lothian.
