West Lothian Academy FAQs
The West Lothian Academy have provided some Frequently Asked Questions to support pupils in S6 and their parents/ carers who have chosen a West Lothian Academy Course for Session 2023-24.

- Can I still choose a WL Academy course in August?
- Course changes will be allowed until 22nd August. This would be done as part of the normal re-coursing done in school.
- How do I withdraw from a course in August?
- Speak to your school after results day. They will inform the WL Academy team but also ensure that you are re-coursed properly.
- What if the course is full?
- You will be added to the waiting list for the course. All change requests will be finalised as soon as possible after the 22nd August deadline.
- What about any work I've missed before the summer?
- You will be added to the Team in August and your teacher will direct you towards any missed work and will support you to catch up as they would for an in person class.
