World Book Day
Mrs Skinner our Librarian organised lots of activities and events to celebrate 25 years of World Book Day this week in school.
Not only did every pupil in S1-3 receive a free book along with their WBD voucher, they also all took part in our annual World Book Day Inter-House Book Quiz. The finals were held over two days and each tutor group was represented by three pupils. The winning tutor groups were 1D1, 2W2 and 3B1. Congratulations everyone - you certainly know your books!
S4-6 didn't miss out though; they had a book quiz all of their own and were able to snap up a free book (and WBD voucher) if they visited the library on World Book Day.
