Reading Pose Competition
Throughout week beginning 16th September, the Literacy Group have been running a competition for pupils to send in a photo of their best 'reading pose'.

The competition, which is done as part of the Literacy Group's drive to build a reading culture in Whitburn Academy, received many entries from across the year groups.
Here are the results:
Senior Winner: Kirstie
Junior Winner: Kelsey
Runners up: Jenna, Dawn, Kiera and Ellie
