Be Herd Group filming
On 19th June, our Health and Wellbeing group were busy making a short video highlighting the important work that 'Be Herd' has done in school and the local community over the past year.
The pupils have worked hard over the past year to to raise awareness of Mental Health issues and the help available within the school for any issues that our pupils may have.
They believe that there is no need for any elephant in the room (except for their mascot - Ellis) and that everyone deserves to Be Herd.
The group meet weekly to discuss how they can improve the mental health of pupils and staff in the school. They also provide a Health and Wellbeing Hub, which is located in the library and is a safe place where pupils can come to relax and unwind as well as access resources.
