Banner Replacement
On Friday 18th May, three S3 pupils attended and assisted with the fitting of banners displaying events of World War One in 1918 at Whitburn War Memorial.

The pupils were involved in carrying out the necessary research by attending the local history library in Linlithgow and looking through old microfilms of the West Lothian Courier from 1918 as well as consulting a range of secondary sources. The aim of this project is to highlight the local and international impact of the war and has been part of an ongoing project between the school and local community since 2014.
