The pupils visited a number of different subjects all across the school and had a fun time trying out the many exciting lessons and activities that they had planned.

The week began with a visit to the Science department, where they got to do an experiment, followed by a music lesson, where the pupils learned to play part of 'I gotta feeling' by the Black Eyed Peas.   On Tuesday, the pupils had great fun at Drama, where they had to act out the plot of a film after hearing the tune.   They finished the day with a visit to PE to try some gymnastics.   Wednesday began with another visit to PE to try some games and ended with a lesson on Internet Safety.

Thursday was a very busy day with the Pupils visiting Business Studies, drawing feathers in Art and making mini pizzas in Home Economics.  The final day of the visit involved a fun lesson on Encryption in Computing with the 'Who shot Mr Burns puzzle' and a quick shot of the Arcade Machine.   Their visit finished with a film show of the highlights of their week at the Academy.

The pupils had a great time at the Academy and can't wait for their next visit to the Academy in June!
