Listen & Link | What is Listen and Link? Listen and Link is a self referral phone line and email service. It's for children, young people and their families, who have worries about their own mental wellbeing or for someone in their family. Their age range is 5-26 years old. What is a Self Referral? Self-referral means you can make the call to Listen and Link your self or get someone to make the call for you. They can then ask for Listen & Link to contact you. What is Mental Wellbeing? Mental wellbeing is the way children, young people and adults thing and feel about themselves and the world around them. It affects how a person copes with life's challenges and stresses." How Can Listen and Link help? Staff will want to listen to your concerns.
