National Reading Inspiration Award
On 10th June 2019, our PEF Literacy Group attended the finals of the First Minister's Reaching Challenge in the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Glasgow.
We are very proud to announce that out of over 1200 entries, our group won the National Reading Inspiration award! Even better, we are the first secondary school ever to win this award!
The comments from the judging team were fantastic as they said that our pupils were "totally inspiring and full of heart"
Congratulations to everyone from the Literacy Group for all your efforts and hard work, your award was well deserved!
