Biology
Biology qualifications allow learners to investigate the applications of biology in society and the environment.
These qualifications cover relevant and contemporary areas of biology, while allowing learners to develop an understanding of the underlying themes.
S1 and S2 Science
S1 and S2 pupils follow a general Science course, which contains topics on Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Biology features in the S1 course as a unit about the human body and in the S2 course where evolution and plants at work are covered.
