On 16th May, our S1 / S2 boys basketball team took part in the league section of the West Lothian School Sports League Basketball competition.

On 2nd April, Whitburn Academy's Health and Wellbeing Group held their 'Be Herd' concert, to raise awareness of Mental Health issues.

On 2nd April, members of the Charity Committee handed over a cheque for £1115 to SAMH.

On 2nd April, Jayne Easson from the Teenage Cancer Trust visited Whitburn Academy to deliver a cancer awareness talk to our S2 pupils.

On 27th March, Whitburn Academy held it's 3rd annual Youth Philanthropy Initiative Final.

On 27th November, a group of pupils from the National 5 and Higher Modern Studies classes, visited the Scottish Parliament.

Over the past few weeks, Whitburn Academy has been represented by 2 teams of senior pupils in the Mock Court Case project.

Congratulations to Daniel (S6) who won the West Lothian Schools Swimming Trials Top Boy award for the third year in a row!

Aaron, Josh, Ryan and Steven recently represented Whitburn Academy as our S3 team at the West Lothian Schools Cross Country Championships.
