During Week Beginning 18th November, all S1 and S2 English classes took part in the "Mystery Reader" competition.

On 19th November: three pupils represented the school at the West Lothian School Dance Competition.

During week beginning 18th November, pupils from the Be Herd Group have been leading the House Assemblies.

On 14th November, S1 readers and their families had a great afternoon in the company of professional storyteller, Fergus McNicol.

Miss Reid's S2 English class really enjoyed their lesson in the library this week by taking part in the Reading Game, which encourages pupils to read by introducing books from different genre in a fun and imaginative way.

On Sunday 10th November S2 pupil, Melissa, represented Whitburn Academy at the West Lothian Schools Swimming Championships.

On 8th November, our S6 Community Committee spent time volunteering at the West Lothian Foodbank.

On 6th November, Mrs Williamson's Higher Computing class had a lesson with a difference!

Throughout week beginning 4th November, our House Assemblies have been on the topic of Remembrance Day.

On 5th November, a group of S6 pupils visited Whitdale Care Home for a guided tour.
