Book Group trip to the Book Festival

Our pupils loved the onsite book shop and enjoyed having lunch in the Book Festival Courtyard before heading off to the McEwan Hall to be part of the 800 strong audience to hear author Sarah Crossan talk about her new book.  This was filmed live by the BBC as part of the Scottish Book Trust's Authors Live series, which made it even more exciting.  To top off a wonderful day, every pupil received a free copy of Sarah's latest book to take home and read.
