Mitsubishi Challenge
On Thursday 16th March, 2 Engineers came into the school to introduce our S2 pupils to the Pump it Up! Challenge.
The aim for the pupils is to develop and design a use for a heat pump with the exception of a household heating or fridge. As a team they need to produce a short presentation (Pitch) and present it to a panel of judges. Afterwards the judges may ask the team questions about their design.
The teams are encouraged to be creative, imaginative, innovative, enthusiastic, confident and knowledgeable about your design.
The school final takes place on Friday 21st April and the regional final takes place on Monday 5th June.
