Edible Soils
The Higher Geography class have been creating soils using foods to create the main characteristics of each type of soil.

In the photograph, you can see a brown earth, podzol and gley soil. Even better (and the part that the pupils enjoyed the best!), the ingredients could be eaten afterwards.
